The Documentation Generation feature allows you to create professional, structured documentation with minimal manual effort. By providing a topic and adjusting preferences such as language, tone, and structure and WpEazy AI will generate:

  • An outline with lessons and sub-lessons
  • Complete content for each section
  • A WordPress-ready documentation format compatible with EazyDocs

Steps to Create Documentation

  • Choose Documentation Language
    1. Select the language in which the documentation will be written.
  • Set Post Status
    1. Pick one of the following: Draft, Published, or Private.
  • Configure Slug
    1. Select the slug language.
    2. Choose the slug length: Auto or Custom.
  • Add Lessons or Sub-lessons
    1. Select Auto to let AI choose the lessons for you, or choose Custom to set your own count. In Custom mode, specify how many lessons and sub-lessons should be generated.
  • Select Tone
    1. Choose a predefined tone (e.g., formal, casual, professional).
    2. If needed, you can modify the tone as you like by pressing the edit icon of the selected tone.
  • Provide Subject / Topic
    • Click Generate Outline → The AI will create a structured documentation outline for you.

Note: This feature requires the EazyDocs plugin. It allows you to create structured documentation using AI. By providing a topic, AI can generate an outline and detailed documentation content, which is then handled by EazyDocs.
